ALL-TOP Vehicle Awning 8.2'x8.2' Roof Rack Pull-Out Sun ...

I was really excited about attaching this to the side of my camper. When I installed it and rolled the roof out, there was a hole in the roof. Looks like a mouse got to it before it was attached to the unit because there wasn't a mouse inside of the exterior ZIPPED bag and no holes in the bag itself. Then, when I extended the right arm, the rivets busted right through! It took quite a bit of work to fix it where I can use it, and I really hope the other side doesn't do the same thing when I'm camping and have no way to fix it! The curtain material and bag seem to be good quality, but the metal materials seem like junk.
