Registering New Antibodies

The StackWave Fidelity Platform provides multiple options for registering new antibodies.  Create antibodies from scratch by specifying your own sequences or build them using a number of intuitive registration interfaces.

Importing Antibodies from Excel

If you already have antibodies described in a formatted Excel Spreadsheet, you can quickly upload them using our in-browser spreadsheet registration interface.

Sequence Visualization

Analyzing your antibodies couldn't be easier with the built-in sequence editor, supporting region highlighting, annotations, and exporting to multiple file formats including FASTA.

Assay Data View

View all of your assay data quickly for a selected antibody.  The StackWave Fidelity Platform supports a variety of assays, with the ability to define new assays over time

Scalable Assay Support

The StackWave Fidelity Platform provides tools for defining and deploying your own custom assay types, complete with with built-in support for pick lists and validation.  Data ingest processors are available to simplify the process of importing non-standard formatted result files.
